SPORTSFIT
Welcome to SportsFit. As a reminder, you are committed, but not limited, to three days per week of physical activity: one gym session (open circuit), one group class, and a general training session. You will receive 5 points for completing each of the following up to a maximum of 15 points per week. Bonus points will be available at various points throughout the SportsFit Challenge.

For the upcoming week running Monday, June 24th, 2014 through Sunday, June 30th, 2024 the challenge is as follows:

The Open Circuit for Week 4 is also available at the front desk at The Fitness Centre

Group class: This week you can choose any class offered by the Fitness Centre. Once again, we ask that you sign the SportsFit completion sheet at the end of the class. Click HERE for the current class schedule.

General Training: Complete 4 1/2 laps around the field. The aim is to jog the short sides of the field and walk the long sides. Complete the 4 1/2 laps as quickly as you can. You will be required to record your 4 1/2 lap time on the SportsFit completion sheet to be awarded the completion points.
